Reviewing the death of Arthur Leigh Allen

On August 26th 1992, Arthur Leigh Allen was found dead in his home by his tenant, Sharon Roths. After she called 911, the Vallejo Fire Department responded and pronounced Allen dead on scene. The Vallejo Police Department and Solano County Coroner were subsequently notified of his death. George Bawart and other officers were present when Coroner James E. O’Brien arrived.
